King Kat Tournament Trail Travels to Wheeler Lake at Decatur, AL
Anglers will compete for the Region 1 Championship.

Louisville, KY – May 17, 2021 – Catfish anglers from across the states will travel to the Wheeler Lake at Decatur, AL for the 2021 King Kat Region 1 Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s.

Anglers fishing the June 25-26, 2021 event will be testing their catfishing skills against other anglers and whatever Mother Nature has in store.

King Kat anglers are excited to fish Wheeler Lake for the regional championship because of its reputation as a big fish destination. Additionally, the facilities at Ingalls Harbor are among the best anywhere. The lake is part of the Tennessee River System and is known for producing big tournament catfish.
